Before polymerization, SAP exists in a highly reactive monomeric form, allowing for customization of material properties and performance adjustments. By incorporating different materials or components, it can be modified into new products. After polymerization, it forms a polymer network with excellent water absorption and retention capabilities, suitable for direct use or for blending with other materials to further enhance its functions, such as moisture absorption, solidification, and rheology control, which is widely applied across industries, including cold chain logistics, wastewater treatment, construction, mining, and drilling etc.
Diverse Particle Sizes: SAP++ provides a wide range of particle sizes, from ultra-large granules (up to 5 mesh/4mm) to ultra-fine powder (as small as 1000 mesh/10μm), tailored to meet various application needs.
Adjustable Absorption Capacity: With a broad absorption range, SAP++ can achieve up to 800 times its weight in water absorption for high-capacity requirements, or as low as 20-30 times for specialized applications requiring lower absorption levels.
Flexible Absorption Rates: SAP++ offers adaptable absorption rates to suit different needs, from rapid absorption (completed in 5 seconds) to slower, controlled absorption (lasting up to 4 hours), covering a variety of hydration scenarios.
